Frequently Asked Questions.
Q. I have entered my username and password and clicked on the Login button but nothing seems to happen.
A. Ensure that your POP-UP blocker is disabled. This can be done by going to the tools menu in internet explorer and selecting the privacy tab. Click the settings button in the pop-up blocker section and add http://auto2.vitalsoftware.com.au.
(Please ensure that you have also clicked the icon above where is says “having trouble logging in?” This is a diagnostics check to ensure that you meet the requirements to run the software).
Q. I am using a MAC and can’t seem to get the website working.
A. Currently our technology platform was built for use with internet explorer 6 and above. This is due to the 3rd party components that are only found with internet explorer.
Q. My sales do not show in the reports for this month yet.
A. ERG has not yet validated the data and released the report. ERG will send communication once the reports are finalized and accurate..
Q. It is taking a long time to export the Flash report.
A. As the Flash report is hardcoded and generated on the spot, it may take time to extract into excel. We have developed this report to generate on the fly so that the report is live and any alterations will be reflected instantly.
